Nothing worked inside. USB and lighter plug. Warning lights kept coming on. Back lights falling off.

The waiting time in line wasn't too long, acceptable.

This company is excellent. They did not push any additional sales during pickup. There were clear images and text showing the various insurance options and upgrade prices. Returning the car was very quick, taking only 5 minutes.

The store staff were insufficient, service was slow, and the car I booked wasn't available. They delivered the car the next day.

The wait was unbearable.

Need to check the vehicle thoroughly, as the slightest chip on the windscreen will be your problem when you return the vehicle. On collection, quite a long process using a self service machine, definitely missing the human touch. On return, took some time to inspect the vehicle.
