Was given a lower grade car than the one booked

Pickup and drop-off were convenient and fast, service was good.

Pretty good. I left a bag in the car when I swapped vehicles. The rental company mailed it back to me after I returned to my country. Quite unexpected.

The free shuttle from the airport to pick up the car was very convenient. The car was in excellent condition, and returning the car was also very easy.

Very poor experience. We had to wait an hour at the airport for the rental company's shuttle bus, while Herz's shuttle buses came by at least ten times. Once we got to the rental hall, we had to wait another hour and a half in line before it was our turn to complete the paperwork. We had booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but the best they had at the lot was a Ford Edge, and there was only one of those left. Most of the available cars were Jeep Compasses. In the end, we ended up with a Nissan Rogue. This was an absolutely awful car rental experience!

The rental car company's service was quite good.
