Not bad. But they didn't proactively check for scratches on the car body when renting, only did it when returning. Luckily, I had taken photos beforehand as proof.

everything is very professional, the staff is pleasant and cheerful. the car was new and we were even given a choice of color! the return of the car was very fast, and despite all my fears and warnings, we were very pleased.

booking a car was quick and easy on the site. Also, the offer was the cheapest of all provided on the Internet.

They didn’t supply the vehicle I’d reserved. I clearly specified mini van because we were travelling with 3 people with bikes. When we got there, we were given a car instead(Citroen c4) We could barley manage and had to unpack bikes to get them in, and travel with luggage on are knees and even in the foot well of the front. I was told vehicles weren’t available and this was same in class.....which it clearly wasn’t! When I returned the vehicle I mentioned that we had problems and they said we could get a partial refund?
