Matthew at the counter was very helpful. We made three separate bookings (which was cheaper than making one continuous booking), and instead of bringing the vehicle back after the first booking, he allowed us to keep the car and do the checkout over the phone. Outstanding customer service.

I prepaid £60.40 for the rental. On arrival I added another driver and informed on this cost. However after returning the vehicle I was sent an receipt of charges that totaled £146.62. Rental Charges £51.37 Fees and Surcharges £16.85 Optional Services £27.99 Refuelling Charge £25.97 VAT (20.0%)£ 24.44 My Prepayment showed as £71.50 leaving an outstanding balance of £75.12. I queried the additional costs with Budget as the vehicle was full on return and they agreed to reimburse me £36.15. I am extremely disappointed with this service and unexplained costs and feel I have been ripped off. When I returned the car I was not told my the representative that I would be facing extra costs or explained what I was signing.
