Great company, but car was fairly old. Worked though.

Apex provide a shuttle service from the airport to the pick up point in Queenstown. When we called for the shuttle to pick us up, no one answered the phone.

During the booking process it wasn't made clear that insurance was provided by QEEQ, not the rental car company.

Due to Covid-19 we had to leave for Auckland from Queenstown on 20th morning. We asked them for a refund of the remaining days to which they refused also when also asked for q courtesy car just for 2 hours they refused. We aren't happy with the service provider. I request for a refund for the remaining 3 days.

It wasn’t clear that the name of the car company was Apex. This causes confusion and we missed our pickup. It wasn’t clear that a pickup was needed at all from the booking. This caused distress as it was pouring when we arrived and had an infant with us.

The car was fabulous. The gps we paid extra for was terrible but they refunded it with no questions on drop off.

Like: Friendly staff and convenient location
Dislike: The car wasn't ready at the time I booked it from. It was probably an hour late in total.
