Worst experience ever and I would not book with Budget or EasyRentCars again

Outstanding customer service and support from start to finish !!! Will definitely use again!!!

I was happy with what I paid fair price.

Budget didn't have a vehicle for me. I have a disabled daughter and specifically booked a minivan so we had space for luggage and wheelchair. After waiting over an hour at the rental counter I was sent to collect an "upgraded" vehicle. No vehicle in the alloted space - it had been given to someone else. In total over 3 hours before I had a vehicle and was able to leave the airport. Shockingly bad service. Never again!

First I paid for Easyrentcars 460,47 Euro on the 24th of June. And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back. This was our last visit to Florida as our children are older and requested a specific car, but didn’t get it. On collection there was a large queue and the staff working do take their time and disappear off a lot (not sure why) mid sorting out your rental. The man who sorted our paperwork was polite and professional. We found out car no problem. The car on the inside could have been cleaner. There was a lot of sand in the car and we also found fries and mentos under the seats! The car was adequate for a family of four and ran smoothly for the duration of our trip.

Easy to navigate page and good email communication.

waited over 30 minutes at the counter to collect car, then had to walk to a different terminal to collect the car. After a 8 and a half hour flight pretty annoying!! Then got to the car, it hadnt been cleaned inside and stunk of stale cigarettes!!! Not pleasant, and not happy
