Wrong car, poor air condition, slipping transmission, not all that clean

I would suggest that a separate counter be open for people that have already booked cars online and received the paperwork. (fast track) save the customer time and frustration after long flights. Quing for 40 - 50 mins then a further 20 mins at desk

Free upgrade due to the time taken to check out. Dealt with two staff / first was poor and abrupt - the second was a polar opposite!

Price drop worked well and saved an additional £30

And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back. I got the best price of a small SUB with all the coverages for 9 days ever, only with easyrentcars

This was our last visit to Florida as our children are older and requested a specific car, but didn’t get it. On collection there was a large queue and the staff working do take their time and disappear off a lot (not sure why) mid sorting out your rental. The man who sorted our paperwork was polite and professional. We found out car no problem. The car on the inside could have been cleaner. There was a lot of sand in the car and we also found fries and mentos under the seats! The car was adequate for a family of four and ran smoothly for the duration of our trip.
