The staff were very patient and friendly. There was only one person ahead of me, so the process was quick. Not bad.

The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

I got the best car rental deal through QEEQ which was recommended by my friend. The platform is easy to use and always provide useful information and timely reminders. This will be my first choice moving forward and will recommend to my friends.

Got a better can than I booked which was great. Will use europcar again because of this

Like: The staff at pick up is friendly but staff at drop off is not friendly.
Dislike: I was told that cash is accepted at drop off counter, but then when I wanted to make cash payment over drop off counter, the staff told me only credit card is accepted.
