Excellent but Difficult in Challenging times

The car I booked was not available, even though there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS because of the coronavirus. And most other suitable cars were NOT AVAILABLE. Finally we were given a Ford Focus which was covered in scratches and damage. This was not a problem for me but led to some misunderstanding when I returned the car.

Renting a GPS device from the car rental company is relatively expensive. I reckon that we could buy a GPS for the price of a 7-day rental.

They gave me a free upgrade. Happy with the service. Would be better if they were more closer to the airport.

Great price options and service. The only comment is on insurance. I was told at budget that in case of accident, I will be billed for 1500 pounds and the claim will have to be processed seperately by qeeq. They recommended to buy the insurance directly from them.
