The company staff were very friendly, the car was in good condition, and when a headlight broke on the road, we replaced it ourselves for 13 euros. We provided the repair receipt when returning the car and were told it could be reimbursed.

Wait time was way too long. Only a queue of c. 6 people but so slow in processing. Paid extra for a Volvo but was given a Fiat with no alternative.

Car was fine, picking the car up was a long slow process though, especially with a 2 year old. It was quicker to board our flight. Overall happy with easyrentcars, wasn't happy with budget staff trying to sell add ons to us, which I had to advise on numerous occasions that I'd already took them out with yourselves.
