The service was alright, but it's a bit alarming when they say towing fees are not included while promoting insurance. After all, I've never needed towing before, and other companies and branches never brought it up.

No queue at counter to pick up, so process was smooth. They gave me a free upgrade to a small SUV. Staff in car park so drop off very easy

It was much cheaper than booking direct. All went smoothly, didn’t even need to show e voucher at pick up
