“Not bad”

No one answered the phone when we called to be picked up from the airport and had to wait an hour, while everyone else got picked up from their shuttle right away. However, the car was better than expected. New 2019 Kia Forte, very nice car. The lady that helped us check in seemed a bit disengaged and uninterested in helping us, but the guy that helped us check out was awesome and fast. Overall, the whole process went fine and price was great, so I would probably rent from here again.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

The first vehicle i got was terrible, i should have never been given. I had to go back and return. Off road jeep terrible comfort and on gas.
