Good experience

The staff at both pick-up and drop-off were very indifferent and provided no information about using the vehicle or traffic rules in the city. When returning the car, I paid an additional highway toll fee, but there was over 150 kilometers worth of extra fuel left in the tank from the pick-up mileage. They gave no explanation, simply stated that no refund or compensation would be given, with an extremely cold attitude.

Constant communication throughout the process, 3 hours! My goodness. All sorts of fees were not clearly communicated beforehand.

The salesperson at the pickup location kept trying to upsell me. Frankly speaking, the Charger I booked was not available, so I settled for an Impala which is in the same category, but he still wanted me to pay extra. I didn't want to argue, so I negotiated a reasonable price and took the Impala. I am giving four stars because there were no extra charges for picking up at one location and dropping off at another.

The car rental company offers various options. AVIS has more vehicle models but the prices are a bit higher. Thrifty vehicles are cheaper but more basic. My car was quite old and had noticeable collision marks at the front and back. When I went to pick up the car, I waited for half an hour for it to arrive, and the gas tank was almost empty.

The car is terribly uncomfortable and consumes a lot of petrol.
