Fast pickup, excellent car

There was a queue when picking up the car, but everything else was very convenient.

Overall, the car rental company was pretty good. The car was very new with just over 10,000 miles, which is commendable.

Very high overall satisfaction. Since it's a self-service pick-up, it saved us from dealing with store staff, and we didn't need to argue about insurance fees. The car was in good condition with a wide selection available, even during the peak season when we rented. Kudos to them.

Renting the car was quick. There were quite a few people, but the process was short. After a few brief questions, we could pick up the car. The parking lot was huge, with various types of cars. Since I had a reservation, I went straight to my car and drove off. It was a yellow Camaro, a soft-top convertible. The interior had a pleasant scent and was very clean, almost like a new car.
