“New Yaris but with engine 1.2liter on Phuket is disaster. Motorbike is better choice.”

Instead of Almera we got new Yaris bit with engine 1.2liter. Car on Phuket with this engine is disaster. Not recommended for 4 people. Uphill ride is so slow, u can walk faster...

“Long waiting time to pick up car”

Dislike: The condition of the vehicle was excellent. Very clean and low mileage. However, the waiting time for pick up was far too long. It was around 12 midnight and there were only 1 other customer in front of me. However we have waited more than 20 mins for the vehicle to arrive. Including the documentation process, the overall pick up time is up to 30 mins.
