Convenient and fast, because we bought full insurance, there's no need to inspect the car at pickup or drop-off.

We were informed upon arrival that the booked car model was not available, and we were forced to upgrade for an additional fee.

The shuttle was slow, the queue was too long, and they pushed hard to sell insurance.

The staff started working a few minutes late at around seven in the morning, but there was no queue because it was early. The online booking was for a 'mid-size sedan' Chrysler 200, but we were given a 'compact sedan' Hyundai Sonata, which is a downgrade! Also, although we had already purchased full insurance and additional insurance online, the store kept trying to sell us more insurance. Even after showing them our order, they kept pushing insurance and wouldn't process the car pick-up.

This was my first time using this car rental company. Even though the car had 16,000 miles on it, it was very new and clean. I drove 2,000 miles over 9 days without any issues, except for a maintenance reminder light that came on. After a simple conversation with customer service, everything was fine. The customer service here is very considerate. Besides English, they offer real-time translation in Japanese, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
