Fast and Good

Renting a car was very convenient and quick. Just sign the contract and watch a traffic regulation video, and you can pick up the car. Originally rented an A4, but got upgraded to a Q5. The car was very new. Returning the car was also easy, just wait for any charges or fines notifications.

Once we got served, the service was great - novel approach to establishing car condition at start of rental. They took photos of car exterior and sent them to me on what’s app.

Call for pick up method is waste the time for foreigner that may be can’t make the call. When return, you need to return at their store outside the airport, not suitable for early bird flight. But the car was Ok, I requested Camry but got Volvo v60

Like: Ask for a 7 seater they give a 9 seater.
Dislike: The pick up point hard to reach for a first timer in medlbourn.

Like: The car was very clean and staff was really understanding
