No, I was expecting a Toyota Camry. The Outlander and other options were not an equivalent product. At High way speeds the Outlander is noisy to a point you had to turn up the radio. The vehicle was beat up and missing body parts. Upon arrival the car was filthy and I made the center wash the vehicle before I would accept it. The Outlander had a 50% less fuel economy than the Camry expected. This is a classic example of bait and switch to the consumer. I NEVER RECEIVED A FINAL INVOICE FOR THIS RENTAL

I was waiting for 75 minutes with tired kids for my prebooked car to make ready. Attendent over the counter was so rude and didn't want to help me. She forced me to upgrade my car to give them $100. I was completely unhappy and never did business again.

Don’t believe the star ratings!!!! Can someone please help me understand how I can give 1 star on 6/6 questions (cos I couldn’t give lower) but my “Overall Rating” averaged out to 2??? This service is so pitiful they have to rig the rating system??
