The return process was simple and fast, and the service attitude during the handover was kind and friendly.

The process was very easy and the counter was busy so budget must be a good company! Abis and dollar were super slow and some of us wished they would have been able to help us. But budget helps budget only.

This is the easiest app and business to use for traveling ever! It is my go to since the past few years after finding it! Love it! Great deals, prices and even will lower your price if they find it anywhere else for cheaper or if there is a special that runs and finds it can be lower.

The rental company's service was decent.

Cleanliness of car was mediocre.

The pick-up and drop-off process was quite convenient, but the Malibu I got had many scratches and dents, and the vehicle's condition was rather mediocre.

Very pushy to upgrade the car as the one I had booked was not very good. So she told me. Offered me a upgrade for $130 a day. I said no. She then said I could have it for $70 as day. On principle I said no as I didn’t like her attitude. The first price should always be the best price. She got very grumpy and I left. We go a upgrade anyway as they didn’t have any of the cars I had book.

I rented Hyundai Elantra, I gave Kia Soul. It is also good car but I don't think that this is the same class of car. I noticed after departure of rental parking a lot of glass pieces in the front, rear seats and in the trunk. It was dangerous for my health. I cleaned up carpets and trunk but it did not help. They were getting out from behind plastic pieces.Those pieces of glass was located in the trunk and front doors. I reporter it on buget station at the airport but they were helpless. I want to make a complain about condition of the car. I hope Budget or Easyrentcars will sort out this problem. Best regards, Krzysztof Jaron

The lady at check out was friendly, thought the lady at the counter was not so much. Nonetheless, happy with the car I got.

This is my favourite car booking platform! Great price, and easy to use.

No convertible available on pick-up so had to stay an extra night in San Francisco and use a temp rental car with additional bridge tolls. Had to return next day where "Prestige" staff were diabolical, at one point asking me how I thought I could get a refund for the 1 day lost using the Avis system. First Mustang had a rip through the side wall of one tyre which wasn't dealy with until I checked out of the parking lot - they advised me to change the vehicle, which we had to do for safety. Therefore, I actually hired 3 vehicles! At drop-off it was discovered that the pick-up location staff had not correctly applied the exchange rate of my stirling payment and had thought that I owed a one-way fee. Initial accusations from junior staff were then corrected by the Manager with no more to pay. Both pick-up (2 days) and drop-off caused much anxiety. However, thank you to Shy at Oakland and the Manager at Harry Reid.

A bit of a wait to get a car as a vehicle was not immediately available for the size/class booked. In the end, they offered us a nominal discount to take a smaller car. Managed to get all our suitcases in the trunk, so eventually were on our way. All good.

Car was excessively scratched and had definitely seen better days but it didn't affect the capability of using it so no issues there. Staff at counter could have been friendlier. Very quick pick up time and easily to get there.
