Strange occurrence. We originally requested a Toyota Corolla but as we reached the gate the car couldn't be allowed to leave the lot and the gateman gave us a Rogue Sport which worked well for the entire 9 day use.

Pushy salespeople, tiny car
Pushy obnoxious sales person, the type that makes you uncomfortable. He pushed a LIT insurance, that I still can’t find if it is or not true that it is requiered by Colorado State Law... The car was really small. The only reason we could fit 1 large and 1 small suitcases was because nobody was in the back seat.

An excellent experience
Like: Costs, promptness
Dislike: All of the rental cars in the fleet (Intermediate) were pretty badly scratched up and dinged but there was no inspection of the car before we left. We had to point that out to the security person at the gate before we went the lot, to make sure that we wouldn't be blamed later.

Decent value.
Like: Picking up and dropping off the car was quick and easy. The car was in decent shape and had low miles.
Dislike: Evidently the on line rental service I used was a European company. The rental agent told us we needed an international license at first. Then told us he would let it slide. Really? What difference did it make who set the rental up? And when I am getting the car you are going to try to charge more?

Like: The rental agents were all friendly, helpful, and the price for our rental was excellent.
Dislike: The car was just ok. I had never driven a Nissan Sentra and was disappointed with the performance. I picked the car, so that is on me. The interior of the car was not very clean.
