Overall service was satisfactory, but the office closes too early. The instructions mentioned 9 PM, but when I went to return the car slightly after 8 PM, it was already closed without prior notice.

Average experience. The rental location is outside the airport. The booking time for the car pickup was 10:00 PM. At 10:15 PM, I called the rental company from the airport, and they said they were already closed. They charged me a $40 service fee to pick up the car. The return location was very difficult to find. The staff who drove me to the airport dropped me off at the car rental center instead, saying they couldn't drop me off at the terminal. It was so frustrating.

Car was good but pick up at town was wrong. There was only airport pick up. I would have booked another company that had town or ferry jetty pick up.

I strongly advise against choosing this shop. They sent a sketchy guy with a careless attitude to assist us. When we followed him to pick up the car, he even asked my girlfriend's age directly. His service attitude was very bad, his English wasn't great, and he kept adjusting himself inappropriately while talking, which was disgusting. On top of that, the local driver's license fee here is $15 instead of the usual $10 charged elsewhere. Fortunately, we had two guys with us, and after we took a tougher stance, he backed down. If there were fewer men in our group, I wouldn't want to imagine how he might have reacted.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this car rental experience. Although there were minor hiccups during the rental period, both QEEQ and the rental company efficiently helped resolve the issues. It was my first time dealing with an accident while renting a car abroad—I accidentally damaged the rear bumper while parking in a parking lot. The rental company quickly assessed the situation and agreed to replace the car without hesitation. After contacting QEEQ, they promptly guided me through the insurance claim process. This deserves a full score for the car rental experience.

The car was in terrible condition, making me worry it would break down at any moment. It made all kinds of noises and kept me on edge the whole way!

Das Fahrzeug war neu und ok. Ich sollte eine Kaution von 1700 Euro hinterlegen. Ich musste eine zusätzliche Vollkasko Versicherung für 200 Euro abschließen um keine Kaution hinterlegen zu müssen. Meine Vollkaskoversicherung (AXA) von QEEQ wurde nicht akzeptiert. Abbycar hat kein Büro (wie im Vertag beschrieben) am Flughafen. Ich musste nach langer Sucherei bei Ankunft die Autovermietung anrufen. Diese schickte dann eine Person zum Flughafen mit meinem KFZ. Der Vertrag wurde auf dem Parkplatz im Dunkeln unterzeichnet. Sehr unseriös!

Considerable wait on collection of the car, which was in poor condition with stains on the inside. Mechanically sound, but cosmetically not very good. Also, central locking only worked off the key, not the fob.

Very good overall. Had to phone to get the deposit removed from my CC.
