The actual store sign says Tyrex, and the owner is a Spanish-speaking man who is nice and genuine. Since Florida has many toll roads, the store required purchasing an ETC pass and didn’t allow the use of your own pass, which is understandable. The car was in good condition and well-cleaned.

Car was good but pick up at town was wrong. There was only airport pick up. I would have booked another company that had town or ferry jetty pick up.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this car rental experience. Although there were minor hiccups during the rental period, both QEEQ and the rental company efficiently helped resolve the issues. It was my first time dealing with an accident while renting a car abroad—I accidentally damaged the rear bumper while parking in a parking lot. The rental company quickly assessed the situation and agreed to replace the car without hesitation. After contacting QEEQ, they promptly guided me through the insurance claim process. This deserves a full score for the car rental experience.

Average experience.
Considerable wait on collection of the car, which was in poor condition with stains on the inside. Mechanically sound, but cosmetically not very good. Also, central locking only worked off the key, not the fob.
