Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient with no extra charges. When I picked up the car, they just asked if I wanted full insurance and even offered a discount. When I said no, they didn't insist. Before returning the car, I made a call, and by the time I reached the airport, someone was already waiting for me. The return process took just two minutes, which was fast and convenient.
This car rental company has the most rules I've encountered in the past 6 years of traveling. In contrast, AVIS in Thailand always provides me with great convenience. This time, due to an issue with my VISA card, they charged me an extra 300 RMB, and attempts to resolve it through direct communication and with the help of the customer service were unsuccessful. At the same price, I will avoid this rental brand in the future.
The car was in terrible condition; the exterior was bad enough, but the seats were filthy and worn out. The car kept shaking and making creaking noises while driving. Most importantly, the entire car was infested with ants. I placed my packaged pizza in the trunk, and by the time I got home, it was swarming with ants. You can't imagine how many ants there were. I highly recommend avoiding this rental company.
It was okay! What I was unhappy about is that I was supposed to pick up the car at 16:30, but I didn't get it until 17:30! After registering, the car was not parked in the parking lot. I had to wait for the staff to drive it over, which took about half an hour!
