The car actually exceeded my expectations! Great car. It was however stressful to pick it up, and it took way longer than expected. Dropping off the car was a nightmare, as the parking lot was full and blocked the entrance.

Courteous, friendly, informative and hepful staff/service.

The price paid for the quality of the car we got is questionable! The car was almost 10 years old!

The shuttle service at arrival didn´t work as advertised. It took us almost 1 hour to get on the shuttle

The process of renting the car was a bit slow. There were two people handling it, and with four people in line ahead, it took about half an hour.

They exceeded my expectations and were friendly. The vehicle was amazing and the drive was memorable.

I really enjoyed a hassle free booking on this application.

Discount car rental gave us the incorrect information as to where to get their pick up shuttle. Once we got to their counter the wait time was very long even though I was the first in line. Counter employees never acknowledged me and were busy doing other tasks (on the phone ). Car had lots of pre-existng damages.

Waited far too long t get the vehicle.

The vehocle as described was not available. It was suggested to me that a little Kia would be replacing it. I would not have been able to fit in that vehicle and therefore had to upgrade to a Ford Taurus. Service was awesome and agent/desk persons were the most helpful. However, the city insane road work made it laborious to find our way back to the drop off location.

Everything was really good. The only issue I had was with the onboard GPS who seemed out of sinc. ie: telling us to turn , when already half way in the turn.

Terrível a devoluçao, o local de entrega era pra ficar aberto ate as 22h mas fecha as 20h, não existe nenhum lugar nem ninguem que saiba informar corretamente onde devolve o carro. Quase perdemos o voo pois nos telefones, no aeroporto, em todos os lugares que tentamos a informaçao de devolucao ninguem sabia.

Over all great but price is too much. No GPS.

I paid extra to upgrade to a superior, larger vehicle which was a good decision given the amount of mileage we did. I enjoyed driving the vehicle although the windscreen wash reservoir was nearly empty so I had to replenish this by day two of the rental. The drop off location is clear to find, but made difficult by the amount of road works and road closures in the vicinity.

Very good, competitive pricing which made me choose EasyRent cars in the first place. Good communication throughout the booking and car rental process up until the day we picked the vehicle up in Montreal.

Location was advertized as in terminal location. However, after walking everywhere inside the terminal, found out I had to take a shuttle to an off airport location. I dont mind taking a shuttle, but pls do t say it is in terminal when its not!

Pick up location requires shuttle to get to, very inconvenient and difficult to find, especially after travelling long haul with young children and many bags. Extra time required when returning vechicle, difficult to get to especially with construction and traffic on highways. Very easy to underestimate time required to get to location, drop off car, await shuttle, transport to airport, and make check in. Rental location should be at airport site. Although rental was fine, I will avoid renting again from this location due to the excessive time and difficulty accessing, especially if flight lands late in the evening.

The windscreen wipers were unsafe they were so bad and we needed them quite a lot. A vehicle manual was not provided in English but we assume the spanner symbol that came on prior to drop off meant the car needed a service as the engine/car performance was not adversely affected.

Everything was great, including the price protector refund.

Very efficient service, the car was in good conditions.

Discount should really improve on the pick-up process! We waited over 30 minutes to be picked up at Montreal airport (they promise the shuttle is every 20 minutes) worrying nobody would come because the number you call is only an automated message. The car wasn't ready and wasn't cleaned properly although we were about an hour late to pick it up due to airport and pick up shuttle delay. We were luckier on drop-off though!

Overall satisfied, no excessive upselling, and a free shuttle bus to the airport.

I rented a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe or equal. When I came there they wanted to give me a Jeep Renegade (which is absolutely not equal). Aside of it was standing a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe, so I said: 'I rented that one want to have that one'. The lady said, that is another type of Hyundai Grand Santa Fe (which was not true) so you need to pay extra. I paid extra and took it. But in fact I paid double for a car I already hired. You cannot trust Discount

Car had very cheap quality worn winter tires. I had snow fall 3 days in a row. Couldnt move the car. I call Discount to report this and asked to be refunded. Still no news from them. I had to abandon the car at the parking lot of my company and borrow colleagues cars to move around instead. All other cars around could move except this one. The car was towed back to discount as it couldnt move on snow conditions. Very bad experience.
