The owner was very kind. Since we had a lot of luggage, they upgraded us to a bigger vehicle, for which we are very grateful. During the trip, we accidentally left the lights on, causing the battery to drain, but they promptly resolved the issue. Overall, we were very satisfied, and it made our trip to Okinawa much more convenient.
