The car rental included additional insurance. There was a limit of an average of 200 kilometers per day. Returning the car took too long as there was only one staff member who was often outside. When three people were returning their cars simultaneously, we had to wait for a very long time. We were returning the car along with another group, both of us had two people. Although I arrived at the return location earlier than the other group, due to staff shortage at the location, we were sent to the airport in batches. The staff prioritized the group that arrived later. Even though I arrived earlier, I was sent half an hour later than them. We almost missed our flight and had to run frantically in the airport to barely make it before the gate closed.
