Car rental was offsite. I landed 10:40pm on Tuesday and routes said they sent a shuttle on the way. 11:30 i called again they said they are on the way. 12 o’clock they stopped answering and left me stranded at the airport. Had to take an uber to hotel the first day. And uber next day to get to routes to pick up vehicle. Terrible customer service. Dropped the car off and took almost an hour for the shuttle to take me to the airport

from waiting around and singing in and waiting more and paying excessive fees for a tranponder but did not want to wait longer and then get a White Jeep which was an updated with cracked windshield, no spare tire and did not want update as we would have had to wait around another hour and only one person working the counter as well as cleaning the vehicle

Long wait at Airport for pickup was long.

It took longer to get picked up from the airport,

Extra charges in my bank because this company is over seas

Picking time was long, and also shuttle came after 1 hour waiting time. Reiving time was almost 1.5 hours in the office, the waiting time was more.
