More expensive than shown

All worked out well. Surprisingly so, as the car was ridiculously inexpensive. One caution: We did not ride their shuttle to and from AP. We took Uber from downtown to this place, as downtown rentals were almost 10x this price. On returning no uber was available but Easirent called us a cab which arrived in a few minutes. The charge back to downtown was same as Uber. I would do this again in a minute...

All was great, including the all-inclusive insurance package that was similarly cheap.

The counter staff charged us another £324 when we picked the car up as they said the insurance we had booked from Easyrent was not good enough and they didn’t agree with the rental voucher we produced which stated ‘nil to pay on pickup’!

I didn't get the car that I booked online. The choice they gave me on the spot was to upgrade to a car that was so huge I wouldn't have been abled to drive it, or a smaller car that had a broken rearview miror and was absolutely disgusting. There was grease all over the car and was smelly. I logged in a complaint with the guy who gave me the car at your London office and he said he will speak to the head office to get me a refund or a discount on my order it was three days ago and I am still to hear from him. The most horrible experience of my life renting a car. Next time I will stick with Europcar or Avis!!! On top of everything I had to wait 45 mins to that car because they couldn't give me token to leave the car park.
