Good experience

Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

There is a US guy that speaks english... he is from NYC. So its a breeze to rent a car here. Careful of the CDW as its pay first claim later type of insurance.

All process done via electronic and paperless. The communication in english is not so good. I don't have any issue with the car condition, the bus shuttle pickup and return to airport is very smooth. The instruction given via whatsapp is very clear. The car came with GPS but in Korean. Prefer to include English version.

The car has scratch all over, and to fit everyone in, there is almost zero space for luggage, we all had to hold onto the luggage for the whole 1 and a half hour journey to the homestay.

It was an old smelly car! Never had before. As it was an LPG tank in the storage space we could not fit our luggage! Aft seat belt lock was broken! No other car available and Tamra rejected to come to our Hotel to repair! Address in www was wrong so we had big difficulties to return the car Further it was said: if you like to have a safe car you have to pay more....
