The staff's English skills need improvement, but the vehicle was very clean.

Go Go rent was efficient and even upgraded us to a new and bigger car when they heard we had 3 luggage. Pick up and drop off were super quick and efficient. The super staff even helped us load our luggage. Highly recommended!

Although customers were transported to the rental office in large groups by shuttle bus, the processing speed was very fast.

Average experience. The staff were inefficient, the car's exterior was covered in scratches, and customers were required to take photos themselves. The fuel tank was not full upon delivery, and we had to estimate the amount ourselves before returning the car.

Picking up and returning the car was very smooth. We opted for pre-registration and used an electronic pickup system on-site, eliminating the need to visit the counter, which was very fast. The electronic unlocking system was quite advanced, but the only issue was having to locate the email link, re-enter the webpage, and use a verification code each time to unlock and lock the car, which was somewhat time-consuming. It would be much more convenient if they offered a mobile app in the future.
