The staff at the rental company were very friendly, and both pick-up and drop-off were extremely fast!

Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

I never heard of Tamra before going to Jeju and had a little doubt on them but thank god their service is at the above par

The handing over and taking over process was very fast and the transaction is very transparent. The customer service was friendly and they are able to communicate in english.

We didn't know it was an electric car or was notified about it. Of course there was nothing wrong/different driving an electric car (eventhough we had no experience with one) but we had to find the car charger according to the membership they gave us, which was not applicable just anywhere. We had their contact number but Tamra was not responsive. We were given a new gps which does not work with telephone numbers, hence finding location on the gps is not as easy as well. Locations don't just pop-up one our first search and we wasted quite abit of time searching and also finding the right charger.
