Very satisfied. Remember to bring a credit card with a chip under the driver's name. Magnetic stripe cards are not accepted.

Wanted to return the car a few hours later, but they said it would cost an extra couple of hundred pounds. Since they subtract the original price from what the rental company charges, it's very unreasonable and inflexible. Upon returning the car, they said the rental price did not include taxes, an additional 20% tax had to be paid :(

Good overall, but pick up process was very long and there was quite a queue, but it was a busy time of year so was expected.
