This is the third time renting from this company. I arrived at 4 a.m., called them, and someone came right away to complete the paperwork. Picked up the car from the parking lot across the street, and for returning, I just went to the arrival level to find a staff member. Even though there was a language barrier, there were no issues and the process was very fast.

Non prepairing the car To many steps for receiving the car Returning time is the worst thing. I waited for staff 30 mins!!! Almost miss my flight.

Excellent car rent company with easy process and really good stafg

The staff at the desk in Phuket airport were efficient. The only problem I had was where in the car park Iwas supposed to meet their guy to hand the car over. A similar problem occurred when dropping the car off. The collection and return was the only problem that I had with National. The car was just what I expected.

Easy booking and paying online. Once I had the voucher I had no need to contact Easyrentcars.com.

National always has lived up to their name.. very happy with my rentals
