Great experience. The staff couldn’t speak English, and I couldn’t speak Spanish, but communication was smooth using a translator. They provided a brand-new car with just 30km on the odometer. Amazing!

“I would use Europcar for future rentals.”
About Europcar: 8.0 /10
The only complaint I have is that the tires were in just so and so condition and we ended up with a flat tire. Luckily it was close to the airport as there are no gas stations by the airport. The closest gas station is 1 hr away in Coyhaigue or 3.5 hrs in Puerto Rio Tranquilo. Europcar was excellent and covered the cost of the tire no questions asked.

Quick and easy. For this location a recommendation to book and AWD or 4x4 if going to Puerto Tranquilo would be helpful.
