Primero que todo felicitar a la srta Rosa por toda su amabilidad y disposición para solucionar el inconveniente que nos encontramos al momento de retirar el vehículo ya que este no se encontraba y posterior a eso su compromiso y ayuda para resolver un impasse con el vehículo al momento de quedar en pane por un problema del conector a la batería... solo felicitaciones para ella y muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra experiencia con easyrentacar una experiencia bastante grata y 100% recomendable

There were quite a few staff when we picked up the car at Punta Arenas airport, but none of them were professional. The process was very slow, despite the previous booking. After finishing the paperwork, we had to wait for another 15 minutes before the car arrived. The opposite was experienced during the drop-off. The guy was quick and efficient.

Europcar is amazing. We needed to change the drop off location from Balmaceda to Coyhaique and they were totally fine with it and added no extra charge for the site change. Also, this is completely an aside, but my friend lost her passport when she arrived in Chile and didn't have an address to have her new one sent to. Europcar allowed her to use their address to have her passport sent to and held it for her until she could come back and pick it up. Amazing customer service, above and beyond!
