We picked up the car at 7 PM. The inspection was very casual, some scratches could only be seen using our own flashlight. There were obvious scratches on the back of the car, and if we hadn't carefully checked, the inspection staff would have ignored them. Later, we discovered a small rim scratch and were told to refer to the contract; anything not recorded was our responsibility.

The service was quite average. We had an early flight and hoped for a timely car return, but they barely made it on time. They almost delayed our shuttle to the airport because they were attending to another customer. Luckily, Auckland Airport isn't very big, so we didn't miss our flight.

Pretty good, everything went smoothly. It's close to where we were staying.

We picked up the car late and informed them before collecting our luggage, but still had to wait outside for about 20 minutes.

A definite rip off for scratching the wheel. Charged me $230 for repairing two scratches
