It was very difficult to get through on the phone, and when I finally did, the receptionist's English was not very good and was not clear. The process was quite slow, taking almost an hour to get the car. They also didn't mention that you need to call before returning the car. Overall, it was still a great value.

The child car seat was terrible. It was dusty and had bad smell. It was like the company has been using for over 10 years without cleaning. My daughter got allergy since the first day of using the car. The counter staff was also helpless. They kept asking me to buy more insurance package without checking the document that I chose super plus insurance package. And the last thing, the car wasn't Honda civic. Overall, it was quite terrible experience this time.
