One night, we forgot to turn off the lights, which drained the battery. We contacted the store but were given the wrong assistance number. Despite repeated calls, they insisted on the incorrect number or suggested we call a nearby return location, which was closed on Sunday. Eventually, we sought help from the hotel and managed to contact AA Roadside Assistance for a jump start.

Yes we were ripped off at the airport having to pay a high additional insurance ridiculous that a driver with 32 years driving experience has to pay an additional £26 a day!

I was forced to take out the extra insurance because I only use denit cards!!!
