It was a breeze. Staff at Dallas were very good. Took about 10 mins. Once we had the key we were with the car in 2 mins. Car was good and drove well,

The service attitude is very nice, and the vehicle condition is also okay.

It’s very difficult to rent a car in Sacramento. The bus takes forever going both ways. The lines are long. And there aren’t enough people to staff the counter. Also, the people at the counter are quite slow. After my third time, I am ready to give up and I’ve canceled my car for the next trip. Paying the extra money to take a Lyft to and from the airport is a better spend of my energy than dealing with the rental car process at this airport.

Like: pick up/drop off instructions were easy to understand. Booking process was smooth and efficient. Excellent value for money.
Dislike: At the rental counter i felt like i was unnecessarily sold an unlimited toll fee package which i didn't really need. And also looking back at receipt i seem to have been charged for a concession fee recovery which i thought fro my booking was included in the price.
