EZU are a nightmare

All the staff we encountered had English as their second language. The driver that picked us up from the Airport was awful - barely spoke English and was not clear at all about where the pick up point was and then was a terrible driver, we were bounced around the bus and jolted so many times as he was tailgating and had to keep breaking suddenly. Then when we got to office the signage was terrible as to that you have to go upstairs. Vehicle had several scrapes and scratches but the worst was that the inside of the windscreen had been sprayed with something but not cleaned, i had to clean it in order to see properly. I will never use EZU again and would not recommend.

Very polite staff at the counter. Pick up guy was friendly as well. Overall, pick up and drop off process of vehicle was very easy and smooth. Staff made it easy for us and explanation was clear as well.

Price was as per advertised. No hidden charges. Will definitely use Easyrentcars.com again for sure and will recommend to friends and family members.

Getting to the pickup place might be a challenge for some. But as long as you are in front of PArkRoyal hotel. You are good from there on. Give EZU a call and pickup will be there in <10min.

Overall great! Once of his driver/staff was very friendly and helpful to explain some of the local signage! Also, we were given an upgrade of my car due to unavailability of Corolla Hatchback. However there are some hidden cost we need to be aware, like 'toll' device, different type of insurance which we were informed before taking the car, where you can't really do much since you're there.

Overall great platform for getting good deal. It will be good to specify the size of luggage or even the size of boot (in cm dimension). I struggle to find the information. Also if possible to share some of the hidden cost example toll device. Which is not a big deal but to make the transaction more transparent.

The only negative with the booking experience is the delay in receiving the $1500 deposit. I was told it would take 2 weeks for that amount to be returned to my account. I feel this is too long. Can this be looked into, please?
