“Car was dented, scratched and old. a 2017 but with 47000 hard miles. Windows had never seen cleaned.”

Windows need to be cleaned. I could not see out of them in the sun. Had to buy cleaner and cloths to clean them. 3 maintenance warnings kept coming up on the dash. Too old to rent out.
About QEEQ: 10.0 /10
Price drop never came up. The rest was good.

We waited longer to get the car than our flight. We landed at 6:30 and had the car at 10. Ridiculous! Lesson learned- no money saved after all of the add on charges and never rent with a company outside the airport.

“I was a bit angry cause my flight was delayed. I called and inform a rep and she told me it was ok b”

Like: I stayed at westgate resort and had a great. Lots of developments. The water park was perfect and fun parks within 20 minutes drive.
Dislike: Need more service staff. The waiting was too long at pick up. After my delayed flight it was too tiring to wait hm30 mins for pick up.
