From airport pickup, car rental, travel inquiries, driving tips, to refueling before return, the service was excellent throughout. Very patient and detailed. Thumbs up!

Beside not having the booth outside the airport, this had been cumbersome.

Condition of car was not up to standard. Poor Customer service as well.

Good service but could be improved if a little explanation was given especially to first time visitors to Melbourne,like me. A little explanation on driving rules,tolls and parking in Melbourne would have helped a great deal. There was total lack of communication and personal touch to the service provided.

Booking system was good and efficient.
