Great experience. Clean car.

The Chinese service we purchased wasn't very helpful, and we couldn't rent the A4 we wanted.

Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!

The staff were quite friendly, and there was no need to queue. They picked us up from the hotel early in the morning.

Car condition was great. Had to extend the vehicle hire due to airline change of times. Very appreciative for their accommodating my request. Will use for future vehicle rental

The car I got was great but it was very dirty.
