Very satisfied, the process is simple, and the service attitude is excellent.

The staff tried to sell us insurance and fuel options when we rented the car. We declined. They also asked if we were going to places off the Great Ocean Road and whether we had prepaid for toll roads. Overall, their attitude was good, but communication wasn't very smooth.

The car's condition was excellent, very new.
