The contract has hidden clauses and charges high service fees. They secretly deduct from the pre-authorization after returning the car. This is a very dishonest car rental company.

Great service.

It was very windy on the day we picked up the car. We made our first call, and they told us to wait at a designated spot. On the second call, we informed them that we were already at the spot, and they said they were on the way and would be there soon. After waiting for more than twenty minutes and freezing, we called a third time and they arrived ten minutes later. When they arrived, they didn't help us with our luggage and just watched us struggle. At the store, we had booked a Toyota Corolla since that's what we use at home. But they gave us a small QQ car instead, which was very cramped for three people and two pieces of luggage. One piece of luggage had to be put in the back seat. They claimed it was the same model, but these cars are not the same at all—it was a complete rip-off.

The car is new and clean. the staffs are nice, Can speak in Chinese and English. Highly recommend.

Dislike: The car needed filling up but in a way this worked out for me because I went with the agent to fill it up and knew where to go on the way back. Also she showed me the road that I needed to take.
