Picking up and returning the car was very convenient with clear instructions. The process was relatively simple and the service was excellent. The condition of the provided vehicle was also very good.

Pretty good experience. We rented the car around 7 AM with no queue. They handed us the keys and we had to find the car ourselves in the parking lot. You need to get familiar with the various controls like headlights, wipers, and audio system. Took us a while before we felt confident to drive. We booked a Benz A, but got an Opel Astra diesel version instead. The car had 6400 kilometers on it and came with adaptive headlights and a multimedia screen.
