1. The shuttle at Milan Malpensa Airport had a long waiting time, over half an hour. 2. The car was downgraded upon pickup, and the staff had a tough attitude.

Very good, they waited even after the scheduled pickup time and offered a free upgrade to a Tiguan.

had to wait for the pick-up shuttle to go and drop one pack of customers as they only had one van for transfer; at the counter we were assisted based on who was supposed to get the car next (rental hour) and not based on who got there first, there were people who got there on time (like us) and had to wait in line for people who came after their pick-up time and after them.. amazing! when returning the car, I had a small wheel scratch and that was OK, no comment, told him to give me the documents and invoice so I can talk to my insurance but there wasn't much professionalism and the guy was behaving as if I broke his car (it had a big dent on one side, scratched from poor parking and not the cleanest either - when picked up)

Centrino were terrible from start to finish. No idea where to get shuttle bus. No signs. Once we finally found the area waited for 30 minutes to be picked up. At office we waited over an hour to get car. Staff were very very slow. Never again will we I hire a car with them

My booking said the car's fuel would be full to full. They gave me a car with 60% petrol - therefore breaking the booking contract. I tried to return the car at 60% as required, however this was impossible to tell when filling and I filled it to 100%. They wouldn't reimburse me - they therefore got 40% worth of FREE fuel. This is a scam!!! They also made me pay insurance on the car even though I had booked and paid insurance through Easy Rent Cars. Lastly, they gave me a Ford, which was fine however I had requested a VW which would have been slightly bigger which I needed.
