マウイでのレンタルでした。 お願いした通りの車で、良かったのですが、室内の清掃がイマイチなのと、フロントガラスに油膜がビッシリで、雨の際、非常に前が見辛く、あのままでは危険だと思います。

予約はスムーズでしたが、窓口は結構時間が掛かりました。

Staff was terrific! They offered a free upgrade when we arrived. Shuttle was waiting both on pick-up and drop off.

Had to wait over two hours in line to get to the rental counter. Way too long!

Like: Got to airport and went to counter.had to wait for people who hadn't pre booked to be served.got served quickly and efficiently with no problems , then off to collect the car.car was not the model I was expecting but was nearly new and better than the model I'd ordered.have travelled a lot to different places in Florida and quite happily say this was a great deal /price for the car I ordered and I would certainly use this company again in future holidays..i was very impressed with the company and service.
Dislike: Having to wait over half an hour when I had pre booked my car 2 months earlier.(had just got off an 8 hour flight with 3 kids in tow!!
