Thankfully we did not face huge lineups to tent the car like I have with other companies

They were helpful at the check out counter but even more helpful and quicker on the return Very pleased with their service

Service was very good. It was fast and I had no problems. Prices were reasonable and I was pleased overall.

We waited over 3 hours for our vehicle. We learned it was no fault of the very nice ticket counter employees but they did not have enough cars turned in and checked in for them to rent out. They were giving everyone what ever came available the next car. We did end up getting a mid size SUV instead of a full size. It was a little banged up with over 26K miles but it was a good car. I will never use them again though and pay the extra money for a well know rental company. If my husband was here now I would get the video of the massive line at Advantage and Fox and all other car rental lines empty.

The clerks at pickup were not very clear about self-checkin. Fortunately, the lady at the gate took care of details missed by the checkout people.

Pick up experience couldn’t have been worse
