Great service

Very dissatisfied. The scheduled return time was 6:00 AM. We arrived at 5:40 AM in the freezing cold, but had to wait until 6:27 AM for the staff to show up, which delayed our subsequent plans. We had another car to return, causing our team to rush and be very stressed. Not good at all.

This company is very reliable. It operates as a platform where individual owners rent out their cars, so the availability of vehicles can be inconsistent. However, they were very proactive in resolving any issues I encountered. Initially, we swapped the car to a BMW, but the windshield washer didn't work. Then they replaced it with a Camry, which did take some time, but they were very dedicated to solving the problems. Excellent service.

I was very satisfied with this car rental. Firstly, the price was very cheap, less than 100 AUD for 4 days. I was worried that renting an SUV from Nissan at such a low price wouldn't be good, but the car turned out to be very nice, very new, and easy to drive with a push start button. The owner, a very nice white man, warned us about the 200 km per day mileage limit, which we didn't exceed. After returning the car, the owner even drove us to the airport. Overall, it was an excellent car rental experience!

When I drop off, they were able to do a 10min trip to the airport, but could not do the same 10min trip to somewhere else. Why? It was a little frustrating.
