My girlfriend and I were traveling together but staying at different locations. We came in on the same flight and were leaving on the same flight. For some reason when booking my car my pickup was later and my return was much earlier. When I was telling this to the wonderful woman at the counter she went to the trouble to look at my reservations and was able to switch to the same times as my girlfriend's times at no extra cost and there was even a car ready for me right then and there. She didn't have to do that. She could have let me sit there until my time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The shuttle pick-up location is slightly different from what is stated in the print out. They print out says 'Door 3' when it should be 'Station/Pillar 3'. Otherwise everything was awesome!

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

Difficulty in finding the location. Had to change 2 shuttles.

Ms. Vicky at the counter was courteous, professional and friendly. Kudos to her.

Great people very helpful and polite from pick up to drop off great service.
