“Horrible dirty broken vehicle”

The overall score doesn’t reflect my experience so I had to put everything as a one star. The vehicle had stained seats, broken cup holders, the seals on the windows weren’t good- super loud Hwy driving. If it wasn’t midnight with two tired kids I would’ve driven back to SFO, returned the car and went to a different company. Not worth going with this company to save $30- lesson learned. Worst rental I’ve ever gotten

There were too many extras that they tacked on to the online price. They also misled me on the prepaid fuel option. I feel cheated.
